Cool Runnings Tobaggan Family Park

Ride on 1.25km of twisting, curving steel half-pipe on a bob-sled on wheels. It's fast, it's fun and it's safe and adults love it too.
The combination of speed and skill makes downhill tobogganing the most popular new adventure sport in the world!
Bikes 'n Wines

Bikes ‘n Wines runs bicycle wine tours through the Cape’s famous winelands where our guests enjoy the best wine tasting Cape Town has to offer. They also offer bike rentals and Cape Town bike tours which include beer, food and art cycle tours through the city.

Sandboarding in Atlantis

The magnificent Atlantis Dunes field, just 30 minutes from Cape Town, is a perfect spot to Sandboard. Amazing views and white sand dunes ranging up to 35 metres (114 feet) make this a must-do adventure activity while in the Cape, one of the few commercial Sandboarding locations in the world.
Cape Town Tandem Paragliding

In Cape Town, you can paraglide mainly from Lions Head and Signal Hill. The paragliding launch site used depends on the wind direction at the time. Sometimes you can start flying from Signal Hill and then move across to Lions Head as the wind changes throughout the day.
Kayak Cape Town

Paddle the warm waters of False Bay and see some amazing things. You can take trips from the sedate to the adventurous but our most popular trip is to visit the penguins at Boulders Beach.
Cape Town Sidecar Adventures

Have your breath taken away on a chauffeured vintage World War II motorbike with sidecar, practically unchanged in style from the late 1930’s. Experience the beauty of the Cape Peninsula and Winelands in a once-in-a lifetime-trip on an exotic classic from yesteryear.
