A listener, Najet, who broke a tooth after biting a stone while eating a burger at Mugg & Bean restaurant says her medical bill to get her tooth fixed hasn't been paid.
She claims she has provided Mugg & Bean with all the necessary documents from her specialist but they haven't done anything about it.
She says it's has been five weeks and she is been in pain ever since.

Marketing executive at Mugg & Bean, Jacquie Schultz says the administrative process seems to have delayed the resolution of Najet's claim.
However, she says that it has been resolved and Najet's claim will be paid in the next 48 hours.
