Court sets aside Abrahams’ decision to withdraw charges against Jiba
The North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has set aside the decision by Advocate Shaun Abrahams to withdraw charges against his deputy Nomgcobo Jiba.
Jiba is facing charges of fraud and perjury for the unlawful authorization of racketeering charges against former KwaZulu-Natal hawks head Johan Booysen.
