[LISTEN] Opposition parties respond to ConCourt Ruling

UDM Leader Bantu Holomisa says it is not the first time the Constitutional Court has put the responsibility of dealing with President Jacob Zuma.

This is after they ruled that Parliament failed to hold Zuma into account following the Nkandla ruling, which stated the president acted unconstitutionally.

Despite this, Holomisa is happy that the court agrees with the sentiment that Zuma must be dealt with.

DA Leader, Mmusi Maimane says they welcome the judgement and that it very important for the country. He adds that ruling is an indictment to the National Assembly and the speaker of the National Assembly.

Maimane says they will have to reprocess motions of no confidence after setting up the correct rules.
