Dealing with Generation Z in the workplace may require new ways of communicating

The corporate world will soon have to adapt to a new cohort of millennials when Generation Z enter the workforce.

Described as the first generation to be linked into technology from day one, this generation of 'post-millennials' may come with more demands.

Relebogile Mabotja sat down with Trend and Design Consultant Dion Chang, to get a better understanding of how the corporate culture may need to change over time.

Two years ago I went on an innovation tour. People always see innovation as an entity but what hit home with me after that trip was actually about innovative company culture.

No silos, no hierarchies, different ways of communication, and if you look at where we are going in terms of the creative juices needed to spark innovation what is really needed is a lot of communication and if you look at corporate cultures, there is no kind of sharing of ideas.
