How to start an online business and common mistakes to avoid

Starting an online business is an attractive proposition for the would-be entrepreneur as capital needs can be far lower than going the traditional route of “bricks and mortar”.

You can also potentially reach millions of customers around the world.

Having said that, it’s by no means easy to successfully start and run a business online.

We interviewed Justin Spratt, CEO of digital marketing agency Quirk, who talked about starting an online business as well as taking your established business online.
