[LISTEN] Get a good nights rest knowing how to address your sleep disorder

Neurologist Dr Manesh Pillay says that sleep disorders can be highly dilapidated. He adds that there are those who develop chronic disorders due to traumatic events, pregnancy or menopause.

What’s happening nowadays is that people work harder, and end up depriving their body of sleep says Dr Pillay. He adds that sleep deprivation is more around lifestyle issues than genetic disorders.

While you are pregnant, what happens is that you have changes in your body.

Dr Pillay says that from constantly having to go to the bathroom to the actual birth of the child, that can impact your sleep pattern.
