Chairman of Franchise Association of South Africa Tony Da Fonseca joined Azania on the show to talk about the different perspectives of franchising and the role the association plays.
Da Fonseca says that the key objective of the association is to ensure that there’s ethical franchising in South Africa. He adds that the franchisor needs to act ethically, and follow the code of ethics.
