Alleged gang boss Colin Booysen, alleged underworld mover-and-shaker Nafiz Modack and three others, are applying for bail in the Cape Town magistrates court.
EWN Reporter Shamiela Fisher says, today in court, they continued the cross-examination of investigating officer Charl Kinnear. She says Booysen's defence lawyer stated the there is not much evidence linking his client to the crimes.
He believes that there is not a lot of evidence linking his client or his co-accused to this matter. Fisher says that Booysen's defence based their case on the fact that everything is based on hearsay and there is not real evidence against the accused.
