Zuma will not deliver Sona but Cyril McBuffalo will - Mantshantsha

Deputy Editor at Financial Mail, Sikonathi Mantshantsha says he doesn't think President Jacob Zuma will deliver the State of the Nation Address on 8 February.

Mantshantsha says he also doesn't believe Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba will be delivering his budget speech because he will be long gone.

Zuma will not deliver the State of Nation Address because Cyril McBuffalo will, and that will put South Africa exactly on the path it should be to cut unemployment and deal with corruption.

Sikonathi Mantshantsha, Deputy editor at Financial Mail

The question is will Malusi Gigaba deliver the Budget Speech? I think not...

Sikonathi Mantshantsha, Deputy editor at Financial Mail

I don't know who will but I do know who will not deliver that speech and that is Malusi Gigaba.
