Cocreate Design Festival to take Cape Town "beyond the crisis"

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies speaks to founder and director of Future Cape Town, Rashiq Fataar about the Cocreate Design Festival.

The Netherlands Consulate General in collaboration with the Craft and Design Institute and Future Cape Town will be hosting the Cocreate Design Festival themed "Beyond the Crisis".

Founder and director at Future Cape Town, Rashiq Fataar says the project focuses on bringing the public together to use designs to explore sustainable solutions to both current and future challenges.

The main conference on Friday will have many speakers from across Africa, speaking on various topics like transport and water.

So let's look a little bit at the current issue and what are the solutions beyond that.
