Herzlia High School will be hosting a Water Summit on 15 February to discuss the issue of water shortages in Cape Town solutions to avoid Day Zero.

A number of experts in the field, as well as other Cape Town schools, have been invited to participate and provide constructive ideas to deal with the drought.

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies spoke to Herzlia student Jered Shorkend who sparked the idea and the head of Drought Committee at the school, Alon Katz.
