MiWay's blunder by calling King Goodwill Zwelithini on his personal number to try and sell him insurance has raised questions over the legalities of having access to others personal information.
Stephen Grootes spoke to Advocate Collen Weapond from the Office of the Information Regulator on whether the insurance company broke any laws by having the King's personal number.

To make matters worse, the conversation between the agent and King Zwelithini was posted online. Weapond says that sharing of personal, confidential and sensitive information is illegal.
