Bloodhound car to break land speed record in South Africa

Speed fanatics in South Africa will have the pleasure of watching the Bloodhound SSC attempt to break the world land speed record.

The Bloodhound SSC will be aiming to break the 1 609 km/h speed per hour in October at the Hakskeen Pan in the Meir area in the Northern Cape.

This is land speed record racing. Its all about creating the ultimate vehicle. There is no restriction in the power of the car, the shape of the car except it must have four wheels and be driven by the driver.
