#Oscars2018: Which movie is likely to scoop the Best Film category?

Movie critic Hugh Fraser looks at the 90th Academy Awards ceremony which will be held on 4 March in Los Angeles.

According to Fraser, in the Best Film category, he would like the movie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri to win.

He describes it as a "fantastic production".
