Pippa speaks to Dr Milton Raff. Dr Raff is the head of the Pain Management Clinic in Cape Town, the current President of PAINSA, the South African Chapter of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), and is a member of the Working Group for Developing Countries of the IASP.

He is Editor of the Journal of PAINSA. He is the immediate Past President of the South African Society of Anesthesiologists and is the Chairperson of the Acute Pain Committee of the World Federation of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA).

This morning Kieno Kammies interviewed Prof Shaun Davison in connection with the death of his close friend, Dr Anrich Burger. Davison was with Burger when he committed suicide.
