How seniors can age consciously and grow into their best selves over the years
Growing old has its challenges, but it offers so many opportunities too.
Sage-ing International is a nonprofit organisation that is dedicated to helping elders reclaim their role as leaders by sharing their wisdom and knowledge.
Cape Town resident Grace Smith is the course convener at the University of the Third Age, a learning cooperative for seniors.
Smith has always believed in conscious aging, and living healthy constructive life in the later years.
She discovered the work of Sage-ing International and has been promoting the principle of "age-ing to sage-ing" since.
