Recruitment guru Frances Kazan says diversity has the ability to boost an organisation's customer satisfaction and bottom line.

It makes business sense to embrace diversity in the workplace, says recruitment specialist Frances Kazan.

She says that many BEE policies are misused on both ends and do not genuinely or strategically advance the purpose of diversity and inclusion.

Kazan adds that HR departments need to make clear the strategic link between diversity and profits.
