Tips on renting out property (and how to evict tenants who don't pay!)
Many listeners who have ventured into owning a second property for rental, ask for advice on how to evict a tenant who does not pay rent.
Author of 'The Expert Landlord' and property management entrepreneur David Beattie breaks down the legalities around renting.
He says firstly check your property is in a good state of repair to be rented.
Secondly, ensure your property rental is valued accurately.
Thirdly, list the property on legitmate advertising portals with good photographs.
Lastly take prospective tenants to view the property.
