Political analyst, Prince Mashele, looks at both provinces saying the ANC has become a vehicle to amass wealth.

Political analyst, Prince Mashele, says the crisis facing the ANC with North West Premier, Supra Mahumapelo, is not only a governance issue, but a political battle.

Mashele tells Bongani Bingwa that this is a rebellion by the North West provincial structure against national leadership of the ANC who have "totally lost control".

If the ANC do not sort out Supra Mahumapelo and his colleagues, this governance problem will persist. It has spiraled out of control.
