What's better than sex with your partner? Sex with YOURSELF! #MasturbationMonth

It's time to shake off the stigma and enjoy the benefits of self pleasure!

That's the aim of May's International Masturbation Month!

So dim the lights, lie back, relax and enjoy a bit of one-on-one time - with yourself!

Cape Talk's Sara-Jayne King caught up with clinical sexologist Dr Eve to put her finger on the pulse of self-pleasure.

Dr Eve, clinical sexologist
