Ramaphosa calling for oral representation in Moyane probe

Eyewitness News reporter Qaanitah Hunter says that suspended Sars boss Tom Moyane's legal team states Kate O'Regan must recuse herself from the disciplinary case or they will challenge the matter in court.

Hunter says President Ramaphosa's legal team is drafting its legal papers in which it states the inquiry should hear oral rather than written representation from those involved.

President Ramaphosa politically wants this matter to end very quickly.
