Struggling with anxiety? Here's the app Ryan Reynolds uses to cope with anxiety

How does someone like Ryan Reynolds deal with his life-long anxiety?

He uses an incredible app called Headspace - an app that is highly popular amongst athletes, Wall Street Executives, celebrities and many more.

Reynolds mentioned to the Times that he uses the app before promotional interviews and talk-show appearances to suppress the anxiety he has always had.

In a profile with the New York Times, promoting his latest release Deadpool 2, Reynolds discussed how he copes with his anxiety, which often makes him "often, quite secretly, a nervous wreck".

I have anxiety, I’ve always had anxiety, Both in the lighthearted 'I’m anxious about this' kind of thing, and I’ve been to the depths of the darker end of the spectrum, which is not fun.

If you haven't used the app before, it works on a simple, straightforward set-up that teaches you how to meditate through breathing exercises and visualisation.

Business Insider did a review on Headspace in 2016, which you can read _here!_
