Is sugar addiction a real thing?

How often has your healthy eating diet and clean eating plan gone to the dogs because you simply couldn’t resist that glass of chilled cool drink or that slither of birthday cake at a party?

Well it turns out there are ways we can minimise sugar cravings and even EAT certain foods that will lessen our desire for sugary treats.

So is there such a thing as sugar addiction?

Some evidence links compulsive eating to the same kind of rewards system [as other addictions], but it's a compulsive eating addiction where sugar might be the key role player.

If it's a physical craving, we can potentially help beat that craving by following a healthy eating pattern.
