Health Ombud Professor Malegapuru Makgoba says his comments on the country's health system may have been misrepresented during an interview last week.
Professor Makgoba says he made his comments based on facts and observations that the health system is collapsing not that it has collapsed.
I used that word very carefully and as part of a process. I did not go to the interview to do a performance assessment of the minister.
