[LISTEN] I never said the health system has collapsed - Health Ombud

Health Ombud Professor Malegapuru Makgoba says his comments on the country's health system may have been misrepresented during an interview last week.

Professor Makgoba says he made his comments based on facts and observations that the health system is collapsing not that it has collapsed.

Professor Makgoba says it is an exaggeration that the situation at the Tower Hospital in Fort Beaufort Eastern Cape is said to be another Life Esidemeni.
