It’s insane that parents want to customise meals for kids says parenting expert

It’s a fact that good nutrition is essential for good brain function in kids. Creative parenting expert, Nikki Bush chats about this truth on the #WeekendBreakfast as she discusses how parents can use food to help their children cope better in the classroom.

Bush says that parents tend to think that as long as their kids eat something, they’ll be fine.

She adds that in today’s day and age, we are dealing with children who are fussy eaters, and parents are constantly busy so they let them eat whatever they want.

Those little bodies and brains are constantly growing.

You get to a point with children where coaxing them with all sorts of things eventually doesn’t work.
