The people who have been at [Safa] for a long time should look at a change at the top… Generally there is no reason why we can’t do it ourselves. Football academies are great.

The former coach recently published a book titled Coach – The life and soccer times of Clive Barker, which looks at Barker as a coach, family man and where Bafana has gone wrong.

Barker says it’s important to have the right people coaching.
