An insurance company, Simply, is running a series of interactive financial literacy workshops for domestic workers, presented by Craig Torr.
The workshops are conducted in a combination of Xhosa, English and Afrikaans.
Head of Marketing at Simply, Sam Fleming says about 6% of the work force in South Africa is made up of domestic workers and that's the reason they saw it fit to equip them.

Simply is also offering employers life insurance bundles for their domestic worker to insure that their family and loved ones are taken care of when they are no longer there to provide for them.
They offer life insurance, disability cover and funeral cover.
