Have you spotted a cockroach crawling on your kitchen counter? Perhaps, you've got a little mouse running about in the back of your cupboard? Chances are, you've got a problem and it's time to get pest control in.

Solid Hygiene Solutions' pest control specialist, Sam Young tells us why they're there and more importantly, how to get rid of them.

The problem that you have is that in most people's homes, they'll see one and go, there's no problem. But, the cockroach needs heat for its eggs to hatch, so its actually hiding everywhere where you can't see it.
