Executive Director of the Apolitical Academy Lindiwe Mazibuko says the Ramaphoria South Africa was feeling a couple of months ago seems to be happening throughout the Southern Africa region.

Zimbabweans are at the polls voting for a new government after the ousting of long-serving President Robert Mugabe.

There is a lot of cynicism about this so-called new dawn in each country and I think Zimbabwe is the first test. If its going to be a free and fair election.
