All you need to know about botox and its uses

Dr Darren Green explains botox as a neurotoxin that has an effect on the body's nervous system.

It is used medically to treat certain muscular conditions, and cosmetically to remove wrinkles by temporarily paralyzing muscles.

It brings about the appearance of a relaxed muscle and it is utilised in so many medical fields where a relaxed muscle is important and necessary in certain medical conditions.

In cases where your muscles go into spasms constantly and you not able to look forward with your neck turned to the right, where the quality of life is dramatically affected, botox can be used to get you into a more relaxed functional position.
