[PICTURES] Hout Bay calm after violent protests on Sunday

Demonstrators barricaded roads and set tires alight in the Hout Bay area on Sunday but calm has been restored. Flares were shot, houses were stoned and a house was completely burnt down.

Sea fisheries store rooms on the harbour also set alight by disgruntled protesters.

3 suspects were arrested for multiple charge which include arson and currently detained at Hout Bay Saps.
