The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is introducing an online service which will allow learner and driving licence applications to be made online.
Applicants will be able to choose the date, time and place of their tests.
The system has been created in a bid to put an end to corruption at licensing departments, among other reasons, explains the RTMC’s Simon Zwane.

The online service, which will be piloted in Guateng this September, will also be available to those renewing their licences.
