The trouble with having a name that computers regard as rude

Offensive usernames are an issue for many online services and the general solution is to load a list of problematic words and not accept them if entered.

The catch is that quite a few surnames would qualify to be on that list and as you are dealing with a machine it is difficult to convince it otherwise.
