Macassar residents and bereaved family members gathered outside the Rheinmettal Denel Munition plant to pay their respects to eight workers who died in a blast on Monday.

Rheinmetall Denel munition's CEO Norbert Schulze has told the public that an investigation is ongoing to determine a number of details.
Schulze says the investigation will confirm the exact number fatalities and the extent of damage caused, reports EWN's Kevin Brandt.
