'Have a paper trail' - on workplace bullying, prejudice and other labour matters
Labour specialist Natasha Moni says a paper trail is vital in instances of workplace bullying, discrimination or intimidation.
Moni adds that lodging grievances with HR officials or through other formal structures will help establish evidence should there be any disciplinary or legal process.
She offers advice to listeners who shared their personal stories about unfair labour practice.
