In the Wellness Feature, coach and psychologist Yasmeen Engelbrecht, chats about the practical gaps in relationships, and the importance of language.

Engelbrecht says that everybody has advice on relationships.

With that being said, I've looked at the gaps in practicality when it comes to relationships she adds.

First step... You have to check that what you want - is really what you want.

Yasmeen Engelbrecht, coach and psychologist

Engelbrecht says that language creates a deep impression in the mind.

If you decided to take control of your life, the first step is to watch and control your words and thoughts she adds.

Engelbrecht says that humans tend to weave their experiences with words and thoughts.

She adds that you need to know which words resonate with you when talking about relationships.

For some reason, the word relationship, for a lot of women conjures up feelings surrounding one's freedom and independence.
