Outa says leaked emails point to a close relationship between Guptas and Gigaba

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) has told a parliamentary inquiry into the naturalisation of members of the Indian family that leaked emails point to a close relationship between the Gupta family and Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba.

The organisation conducted it's own investigation, tracing alleged connections between Gigaba, department officials and a Gupta associate.

Gigaba signed off on at least two sets of early naturalisation applications for the family in 2015.
