The dramatic ousting of the Democratic Alliance (DA)'s Athol Trollip as Nelson Mandela Bay mayor takes centre stage in the Port Elizabeth High Court on Thursday.
Speaking to Xolani Gwala, political analyst at the University of Stellenbosch Ntsikelelo Breakfast says as far as he is concerned, everything was done within the framework of the law.

He adds that it is still early days to make an assessment of whether the services in the city have been affected by the ousting of Trollip.
