[LISTEN] Combating seasonal allergies and hay fever

In the health feature, #WeekendBreakfast host Africa Melane chats to Professor Jonny Peter about the benefits of Rooibos tea in alleviating symptoms of seasonal allergies.

Professor Peter says that they're currently studying the effects of Rooibos tea on allergies.

He adds that they've been taking allergy prone cells, and assessing their reaction to Rooibos tea.

Professor Peter says that a certain amount of people suffer from hay fever all year around.

He adds that due to the rise of pollen in Spring, some people only get symptoms at this time of the year.
