Wellness Feature: Joy and the part it plays when it comes to what we want

In the wellness feature, coach, writer and psychologist Yasmeen Engelbrecht chats about the impact of being joyful, and how we need to play hard to get what we want.

In our lives, we always say it's about this then that says Engelbrecht.

Engelbrecht says that if you want financial freedom, you need to be happy first.

Engelbrecht says that there's research behind the things she is saying.

On a psychological level, have you noticed that when you are your happiest, things tend to come your way.

We have to become a match for what we want before we can have what we want.

Yasmeen Engelbrecht, coach, writer and psychologist

We don't prioritize joy because it's much easier to believe our joy is dependent on our actions, rather than who we are being.
