[LISTEN] Disabled parking bays aren't exempt from parking fees - ward councillor
Sea Point and DA ward councillor Shayne Ramsay explains that disabled parking bays are also subject to parking fees according to bylaws in The City of Cape Town.
The bylaws have been in existence since 2010 but have not been properly enforced.
