Plastic Detox provides individuals the platform to choose and commit to one of three single-use plastic month-long reduction challenges in line with their journey.

To help individuals commit to their challenge it provides all the educational support, information, tips, strategies and reminders to assist in completing the challenge.

Matthieu Theron, co-founder at Plant The Seed says when people stick to this challenge, they are hoping to start seeing a change in single-use plastic usage behaviour.

What we do, is that weekly, we send an email with reminders and educational information, strategies and tips - basically, all the information that participants would need to commit and stick to their challenge.
