South Africans among leading smartphone users globally, study reveals

South Africans are now among the worlds top users of smartphones, according to the Deloitte Global Mobile Consumer Survey.

Deon Prinsloo, LGE SA Mobile Communications GM says the survey was conducted in 2017, sampling 1000 consumers across all genders.

Consumers want to consume more and more content. Smartphones are used for studying, we access knowledge and today our children are actually the brightest generation out there because they have the answer to absolutely everything in hand.
