'Gigaba should not wait to be fired, he should resign'

John Maytham spoke to political analyst Ralph Mathekga to find out what other option the President has other than firing Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba.

This after Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane advised President Cyril Ramaphosa to take 'appropriate disciplinary action' against him for violating the Constitution by lying under oath..

I think anything short of dismissal will not be accepted.

Gigaba has been a liability from February when he made it into the Cabinet.
