Former Gauteng police commissioner Deliwe de Lange is due to appear in the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) says two other generals, a brigadier and a service provider will appear alongside the retired general.
This has got a lot of people questioning what this means.

Ipid national spokesperson Moses Dlamini says he can confirm that Delange is appearing with other generals, a service provider and a brigader.
They are currently in court and once they have appeared, we will know whether there will be a bail application or what the process will unfold.— Moses Dlamini, IPID National spokesperson
He adds that Ipid investigated allegations of fraud, corruption and forgery, he adds that this is in connection with procurement irregularities relating to the so-called blue- lights.
