Breytenbach: Whether it's me, Mdluli, or Zuma, we're all equal before the law

According to News24's Mandy Weiner, Gauteng's chief prosecutor and the DA MP are among two of the names confirmed to be on the shortlist of candidates.

President Cyril Ramaphosa appointed an advisory panel, headed by Energy Minister Jeff Radebe, to look at the best candidates for the top NPA job.

Weiner reports that there are currently eight candidates on the shortlist.
