Western Cape Traffic Chief, Kenny Africa says they were shocked by a video shared on social media showing traffic officers holding up traffic to allow motor enthusiasts to burn rubber on the N2 just outside the Peregrine Farmstall.
Africa says they will do everything in their power to get to the bottom of the incident and hold the officers responsible to account.
