How far would you go to complain about bad service?

Well, a customer at a fancy upmarket Taj Hotel in Cape Town took her complaint to the streets by erecting a big banner detailing her dissatisfaction with the hotel.

Hope the hotel has finally taken her complaint seriously. See the picture below:

Elsewhere in What's gone Viral, to mark the respiratory awareness month observed in November, people have been accepting a challenge created by the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in Cape Town where you breathe using a straw.

This is to highlight some of the difficulties faced by people living with chronic pulmonary diseases.
