Keep an eye out for a convoy of McLaren supercars in Cape Town

Seeing one McLaren on Cape Town's roads is quite rare. Two and something is up.

At the moment (from 13 to 21 November) a fleet of as many as 13 McLarens are driving through South Africa as part of an "Epic Drive" event arranged for owners.

The drivers recently completed their drive down the Garden Route

The luxury nine-night trip manages to visit some of the most iconic parts of South Africa, from the game parks to the Garden Route and Cape Town.

It does include a rental McLaren should you not wish to transport your own. As you can imagine though it does not come cheap.

Just under R900 000 for the trip!
